I had a douche installed when I did my bathroom- nice and clean and use less bog roll, just tap in to the water supply to the cistern and at'll cost £20 for a douche plus fitting

I normally have one shit a day... about 7:30am... so it's normally straight in the David Gower for a proper scrub up of the ol' tea towel holder.... no skids in my skanks people...

Bidets are great if you have one , but for a poor person you can use a spray bottle, you can get one from a 99p store, just spray water onto toilet paper and wipe away no skids nice n clean and the older you get the shits do get messier it is very normal.
Just toilet paper alone is not good enough it does 3 quarters of the job, that is the truth without water faeces will always remain, unless you crap roses.

I can give you Fact or fiction what do you want me to do ?.
Ask any Scientist about this and they will tell you that a spray bottle will do the job with less use of water than a bidet.
It is not exactly that hard to understand.
